DTV Stations Suffer in Transition
Several stations broadcasting DTV signals are having trouble reaching their audiences. Since the DTV transition, stations in Dallas, Philadelphia, New York, Chicago and others have been relying on engineers and other professionals sent by the FCC to address the problem.
